ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಧಿಸಿರುವ ನಡತೆ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS IN THE COLLEGE CAMPUS

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು:

1)      ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಗೌರವಕ್ಕೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಬಾರದು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಘನತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವುದು.

Should not indulge in any activity which may bring dishonor to the college and promise to uphold the respect of the college

2)      ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವು ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೀತಿ-ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವುದು.

Must abide by all the rules and regulations laid by the College

3)      ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಶೇ. 75ಕ್ಕೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ತರಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದು.

Must attend all the classes with at least 75% of attendance in each subject

4)      ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬಾರದು.

Must not be employed anywhere, which affects their regularity to the classes

5)      ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವು ನಡೆಸುವ ತರಗತಿಗಳು, ಘಟಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಂತರಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

Must compulsorily attend the classes/unit tests/ internal examinations conducted in the College

6)      ಬಿಡುವಿನ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇತರೆ ತರಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಉಂಟಾಗದಂತಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಚನದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವುದು.

Should spend their time in the library/reading room during leisure hour and not idle any time in the campus causing disturbance to the classes

7)      ದತ್ತಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಿರು ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸದ ಬರವಣಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯದೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಅಂಕಗಳ ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ.

Must stick to deadlines for the submission of Assignments and seminars to the concerned HODs. otherwise you will be the responsible for your internal marks.

8)      ತರಗತಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸೇವಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು, ಸ್ಕೌಟ್ಸ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಗೈಡ್ಸ್‌ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಟೋಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂದಿತ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರುವುದು

Should participate in the class work/cultural activities/sports, NSS/SCOUTS AND GUIDES  activities and abide by the decision of the respective committees

9)      ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಹೊರತು ಇತರೆ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌ ಬಳಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

Should not use the mobiles in the campus other than academic activities

10)  ಆಂತರಿಕ ಕಿರುಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್‌ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ಗಳನ್ನು ತರುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಕಲು ಮಾಡಲು ಬಳಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದುವೇಳೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌ಗಳು ಕಳುವಾದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ.

Should not bring the mobiles during internal and semester examinations. Should not use them during unit tests, internal tests and semester examinations for copying. Students only responsible for their mobiles if they loose them.

11)  ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್‌ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಕಲು ಮಾಡಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಯುಕ್ತಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಧಿಸುವ ಎರಡೂ ದಂಡದ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯೇ ಕಟ್ಟಬೇಕು.

If any student penalized for copying in semester exams, both the fines of self and college should be paid by student only.

12)   ದೈನಂದಿನ ತರಗತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ತರಗತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಾರ್ಹವಾದ ವರ್ತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹ ನಡುವಳಿಕೆಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಸಮಿತಿಯು ವಿಧಿಸುವ ದಂಡ/ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವುದು.

Should avoid objectionable behaviour within the classroom and during ONLINE classes and violence of the same is liable for punishment and disciplinary action will be taken if necessary

13)  ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಮೊಗಸಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದು, ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರಿಂದ ತರಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಡಚಣೆ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Standing in the corridors unnecessarily, speaking loudly and disturbing the classes is prohibited.

14)  ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನುಚಿತವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Objectionable behaviour with the lectures and professors within the classroom and campus is strictly prohibited.

15)   ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಸ್ತಿ/ವಸ್ತುವಿಗೆ ಹಾನಿ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಿತ್ತಿಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿಸಬಾರದು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನಾಫಲಕ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿರೂಪಗೊಳಿಸಬಾರದು.

Should not cause any damage to the properties of the college and write or stick any bills or deface them

16)   ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿನ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ದರಿಸಿರಬೇಕು.

Should wear the identity card without fail within the campus

17)   ವಾರದ ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಗಳು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹಬ್ಬಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಂತರಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್‌ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಂದು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆಡಳಿತವರ್ಗವು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ದಿನಗಳಂದು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

SHOULD WEAR PRESCRIBED UNIFORM OF THE COLLEGE ON THE DESIGNATED DAYS OF THE WEEK, ALL THE NATIONAL FESTIVALS, INTERNAL TESTS, SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS AND THE SPECIAL OCCATIONS WHICH COLLEGE ADMINISTRATION DECIDES.

18)   ಧೂಮಪಾನ, ಮದ್ಯಪಾನ, ತಂಬಾಕು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರುವುದು; ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ/ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ದಂಡ/ಶಿಕ್ಷಾರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Should not INVOLVE in activities like smoking/consumption of liquor/tobacco/drug use etc and that he/she may suspended from the College for any misbehavior

19)   ಶಿಸ್ತು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಿತಿಯು ವಿಧಿಸುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವುದು.

Should obey the decision of the Disciplinary Committee in case of any problem regarding discipline and objectionable behaviour.

20)   ಪೋಷಕರ ಸಬೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರೆತರಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದಾಗ ತಮ್ಮ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತರಬೇಕು.

Should bring their parents to parents meetings without fail or whenever asked to do so

21)   ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಕರ ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸೂಚನಾಫಲಕವನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು.

Must regularly look into the notice board for academic updates on matters concerning their interest

22)   ಇತರೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಅನುಚಿತ ವರ್ತನೆಗಳನ್ನು 2009ರ UGC ನಿಯಮಗಳನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದವರನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ದಂಡ/ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

Should not involved in RAGGING & TEASING which is strictly prohibited within the campus and such acts are punishable under UGC REGULATIONS ON CURBING THE MENACE OF RAGGING IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, 2009.

23)   ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್‌ ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕನಿಷ್ಠಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

SHOULD Minimize the use of plastic in the college campus.

24)   ನೀರನ್ನು ಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳಿಸಬಾರದು.

Should  Use water economically and should not waste.

25)   ಬಳಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿರದಿದ್ದಾಗ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ದೀಪ ಮತ್ತು ಫ್ಯಾನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರೀಯಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು.

Should switched off the lights and fans when not in use.

26)   ಬರವಣಿಗೆಯ ಕಾಗದವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸುವುದು.

Should optimize the use of writing paper.

27)   ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣವನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು.

Should  try to keep the campus clean & eco-friendly.

28)   ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತರಗತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ/ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಚರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

Should not celebrate any student’s birthday in the classrooms.

29)   ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಎರವಲು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ವಿರೂಪಗೊಳಿಸಬಾರದು.

Should not damage the library books for any reason.

30)   ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಹೊರಹೋಗುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವಾಗ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಬೇಬಾಕಿ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆದು ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು.

The students who completes their studies and get the marks card and transfer certificates should get No Due Certificate from the library and submit the same to office.

31)  ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಣ, ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌  ಅಥವಾ ಮತ್ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೆಲೆಬಾಳುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ತಾವೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ.

Students are the responsible for their money, mobile and any other valuable things while they are in the college campus.

32)   ಶಿಸ್ತು ಸಮಿತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Principal reserves the right to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against misbehaving by any student, in consultation with Disciplinary Committee.

33)   ಮೇಲಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲದೇ ಕಾಲ-ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವು ವಿಧಿಸುವ ಶಿಸ್ತು ನಡುವಳಿಕೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೂ ಭದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Above all conditions, the students are abide to the rules and regulations with regards to the changes of code of conducts of the students at time to time.
